WASHINGTON (7News) — A woman arrested after the World War II Memorial was vandalized in Washington, D.C., has been released under court-imposed conditions that include staying away from the memorial and restrictions on her travel.
Melissa Farris was released following a hearing Monday in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, according to court records.
The court ordered Farris to submit to supervision through the Pretrial Services Agency for the Northern District of Ohio no later than Aug. 20. She was also ordered to surrender any passport and not obtain a new passport or other international travel document…
