TAKOMA PARK, Md. (DC News Now) — Neighbors in a Takoma Park cul-de-sac woke up to broken car windows and glass in the street Thursday morning.
The Takoma Park Police Department alleged that thieves and vandals broke into at least 11 cars overnight.
