A D.C. police captain is back on full duty after the Metropolitan Police Department’s own Internal Affairs Division sustained misconduct allegations against her involving the reclassification of crime reports, the 7News I-Team has learned.
Captain Carline Modl was among 13 MPD officials placed on administrative leave amid a wide-ranging investigation into the department’s crime data and reporting practices.
