Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland’s Rockville ReStore is preparing to relocate from its longtime location at 1029 E. Gude Dr. to a new space nearby.
The current store will close after Saturday, September 26, with the new location scheduled to open Thursday, October 1, at 515 Dover Rd. in Rockville. The store will be closed during the transition. The new location is just a short distance from the existing E. Gude Dr. store.
Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a nonprofit retail outlet selling new and gently used furniture, antiques, appliances, building supplies and other household goods at discounted prices. Donated items are kept out of local landfills, with proceeds supporting Habitat for Humanity’s affordable housing efforts in Montgomery and Prince George’s counties…
