WASHINGTON — One boy is dead, and another is hospitalized following a double shooting in Northeast.
On Tuesday, around 3:29 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 700 block of Kenilworth Avenue, NE, where they found two boys suffering from gunshot wounds. A 13-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene and a 12-year-old was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
