Detectives with the Montgomery County Department of Police Collision Reconstruction Unit are investigating a fatal pedestrian collision that occurred on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in Rockville.
According to MCPD, at approximately 3:40 pm, officers and Montgomery County Fire Rescue personnel responded to North Horners Lane near Southlawn Lane, where 83-year-old Thuong Luu Thai of Silver Spring was found in the roadway with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle.
