Clinical director at True Compassion Urgent Care charged with false imprisonment

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (CBS12) — A clinical director at True Compassion Urgent Care is facing a false imprisonment charge after police say she blocked a patient from leaving the office — an allegation made ironic by the business’s name.

Zeinab Arafat, who police identified as the clinical director of True Compassion Urgent Care, was charged with false imprisonment of an adult after an incident at the urgent care office on Burns Road in Palm Beach Gardens.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the patient went to True Compassion Urgent Care on May 25 seeking medical attention. The patient told police she was informed she could not be seen because she did not have insurance. The patient also said staff members were rude to her and that she declined an offer to pay cash to be seen…
