WELLINGTON, Fla. (CBS12) — Management at The Mall at Wellington Green and area law enforcement in Palm Beach County are preparing for Friday’s much hyped “Teen Takeover.”
A “Teen Takeover” is an unofficial event in a public space, like a flash mob, it gives kids something to plan for and chat about on social media and Florida officials are concerned because sometimes violence erupts at the gatherings.
