RPB Officials Hope New Owner Gets ‘Main Street’ Back On Track

After a $60 million acquisition by Concord Wilshire Capital, new developers intend to complete a portion of the unfinished Royal Palm Beach commercial center project formerly known as Main Street at Tuttle Royale.

Developer Brian Tuttle led plans to create a large mixed-use, downtown-style development on the south side of Southern Blvd., west of State Road 7. The 200-acre project includes 1,600 apartment units, more than 700,000 square feet of retail and mixed-use space, a school site, a public park and about 100 single-family homes.
