WEST PALM BEACH, Fla (CBS12) — A proposed high-tech transit system could change how people travel between downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach International Airport.
The idea centers on small, self-driving vehicles traveling along their own dedicated, elevated path — designed to avoid traffic and keep trips consistent. The system would cover about 5.3 miles and connect several key stops between downtown and the airport.
