West Palm Beach rides next wave of growth with new luxury tower beside Brightline station

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — After years of planning, a high-rise luxury apartment building beside the West Palm Beach Brightline Station is officially moving from blueprints to construction.

Developers LD&D and IGEQ alongside investment partner FrontRange Capital Partners, broke ground Friday on a 21-story development that will broken into two properties, the Alida Residences and a Marriott Tribute Portfolio boutique hotel.
