Palm Beach Gardens hospital receives top ranking for heart surgeries

Patients in Palm Beach County seeking cardiac care may benefit from nationally recognized surgical outcomes at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, according to a community announcement.

The hospital has earned a three-star rating from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons for both isolated coronary artery bypass grafting procedures and the Multiprocedural Composite Quality Rating.

This is the highest possible designation from STS and marks the first time Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center has achieved this level of recognition in its open-heart surgery program’s 42-year history.
