Man who pointed air gun at deputies was shot in eye, brain, unable to speak, attorney says

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A 23-year-old man who was shot by a Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputy after allegedly pointing an air gun at law enforcement remains hospitalized and unable to speak, according to his attorney.

During a court hearing Monday morning, an attorney for Alexander Bucspun asked a judge to modify the conditions of his release in the event he posts bond.
