A Miami-founded law firm with one of the region’s largest legal offices is expanding its presence in West Palm Beach. It’s another sign that the growing concentration of wealth and financial businesses are creating a new business center north of Miami.
Greenberg Traurig, one of the country’s largest law firms, has signed a 10-year lease to move its West Palm Beach office to a full floor in the new downtown 25-story office tower 15 CityPlace being built by billionaire Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross.
15 CityPlace is part of Related Ross’ broader investment in downtown West Palm Beach’s office and mixed-use landscape. Joining Greenberg Traurig in the building will be Cleveland Clinic, law firms Shutts & Bowen and Fox Rothchild, and developer Related Ross…
