Horizon Pool & Patio recently announced that Danielle Tuchinsky, a beloved kindergarten teacher at Wellington Elementary School, is the winner of the company’s 2026 Teacher of the Year contest.
The Horizon team visited the school to surprise Tuchinsky with a celebratory delivery of flowers, a handmade basket of classroom supplies, gift cards and special treats for her students.
Tuchinsky has been shaping young minds in Palm Beach County for 16 years, including 13 years in kindergarten. This is her fourth year at Wellington Elementary, a school that holds special meaning for her.
