Fabio and Meirilaine M. Tersarotto are not far behind. Their home at 1366 Harvester Xing has racked up $13,916.39 in unpaid charges dating back to October 2023. Court records list the Tersarottos’ mailing address as 12819 Killarney Court in Odessa, Florida — suggesting the Arden home may be a second property or rental rather than their primary residence.
