The sequel to one of Wichita’s best restaurants, Red Bird, is coming soon to east Wichita.
A new concept, Black Bird Burger, is taking over the former Wendy’s and Chick N Max space at 5510 E. Central.
Signage is up and the owners hope to start hiring and training soon. While they hoped to be open earlier, construction delays have put a pause to those plans. As of now the plan is to be open sometime in June or perhaps early July…
