WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Sedgwick County Emergency Management is urging people in flood-prone and low-lying areas to prepare ahead of expected heavy rain.
Cody Charvat, deputy director of Sedgwick County Emergency Management, said people should not wait until water is at their door to decide what to do.
