KDHE warns of E. coli in western Kansas creek and lake

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Kansas Department of Health and Environment issued advisories for a western Kansas creek and lake on Thursday due to elevated E. coli bacteria levels in the water.

A stream advisory is in effect for Ladder Creek and its unnamed tributaries from the Wichita-Scott County line to Scott Lake, which is under a lake advisory.
