Last month, I started a fun new game aimed at Wichita foodies.
I have a big stack of paper menus I saved from the early 2000s and 2010s, when restaurant menus were not as commonly found online. I’ve decided to occasionally post snippets from these menus to see if any longtime Wichita diners can identify them.
