The city of Wichita is again eying tearing down the Boathouse on the east bank of the Arkansas River, and turning the site over to an as-yet-unnamed developer.
I’ll give them this, they’re a persistent bunch. It’s been 20 years since they last tried to run this play. This time, they might succeed.
