3.4 magnitude earthquake in south-central Kansas

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – A minor earthquake was recorded late Wednesday night in south-central Kansas.

The United States Geological Survey reports that the 3.4-magnitude earthquake was recorded shortly before midnight near Danville in Harper County.

KSN Chief Meteorologist Lisa Teachman says viewers reported feeling the quake in Danville and Anthony.
