Voters weigh in on upcoming Augusta school bond vote

AUGUSTA, Kan. (KSNW) — In anticipation for an upcoming $55 million school bond vote, the Augusta School District held its final informational forum on the topic. Voters tended to be invested in their community, whether they were enthusiastic or anxious about the bond.

“It’s crazy to me that we have just been stagnant,” said Brad Cox, an Augusta resident who is in favor of the bond.
