WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Some people in Newton will be without water for several hours on Thursday.
City crews will repair two failed water valves near East Third and North Pine streets.
Properties on Third between Main Street and Kansas Avenue will be affected, along with properties on Pine between First and Fourth Streets.
