Court documents detail former Derby principal’s alleged misuse of school hospitality fund

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A former Derby elementary school principal faces forgery and fraud charges after an investigation into missing funds from a school hospitality account.

Ashley Hartley oversaw the USD 260 Hospitality Fund for the school district while serving as principal at El Paso Elementary School at 900 E. Crestway Street.
