WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The city of Wichita hosted a reception today for the winners of its Excellence in Public Service Award.
The event recognizes one employee each from the city, Sedgwick County and Wichita Public Schools who shows the highest standards of service and goes beyond the call of duty.
