DOVER — Caesar Rodney’s midnight ride is leaving the history books and moving back onto Delaware roads.
The 250 Ride, a two-day historical reenactment planned for June 12-13, will retrace Rodney’s urgent 1776 journey from Dover to Philadelphia, the ride that helped secure Delaware’s vote for American independence.
