A fourth suspect who was wanted in connection with a drug distribution investigation last November is now in custody.
Delaware State Police said 44-year-old Darvin Connor was arrested in Johnstown, Pennsylvania Monday by the US Marshals Service Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force. Connor will be extradited to Delaware to face charges of:
