A South Jersey corrections officer is accused of participating in a contraband smuggling scheme that brought prohibited items into a state prison in exchange for money, according to New Jersey corrections officials.
The state Department of Corrections announced charges against Kenneth Stinson, who worked at South Woods State Prison in Bridgeton, after a nearly two-year investigation.
