Delaware State Police arrested 38-year-old Stephen Lemmons of Wilmington Sunday morning after troopers allegedly found him inside a New Castle car dealership following a burglary alarm.
Troopers responded to Glacier Auto Sales 2 at 216 North Dupont Highway at approximately 6:15 a.m. on September 13, 2026. When troopers arrived, they found that a window had been smashed and forced open.
Police said troopers located a masked suspect inside the dealership and ordered him to come out. Lemmons complied and was taken into custody. During a subsequent search, troopers allegedly recovered a concealed machete, burglar tools and property belonging to employees of the dealership…
