A Wilmington man who died over the weekend after being struck by an SUV on Kirkwood Highway has been identified.
Delaware State Police said 43-year-old Thomas Pusey entered the westbound lanes near North Woodward Avenue, where he was struck by a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee around 11:24 p.m. on April 25. Authorities say it is unclear why Pusey stepped into the roadway.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Jeep, a 31-year-old Wilmington man, was not hurt…
