WILMINGTON, DE — A 23-year-old man wanted on an outstanding warrant is accused of multiple offenses following a foot chase during a trespassing investigation, according to city police.
Wilmington Police reported that officers with the Special Operations Division responded around 8:01 a.m. April 9 to the 300 block of South Madison Street for a trespassing complaint.
