WEST CHESTER, PA — Several members of the command staff at Chester County Prison have completed the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA) Trilogy leadership training program, prison officials said.
The program consists of three courses — the Supervisor Leadership Institute, the Command Leadership Institute, and the Executive Leadership Institute — designed to develop leadership skills across different levels of law enforcement management.
