Out On Bond When Police Pulled Him Over, What They Found Led To Arrest

A 19-year-old man was taken into custody following a vehicle stop that led to the recovery of a loaded handgun, according to the Wilmington Police Department.

Authorities reported that the incident occurred on April 28 at approximately 3:45 p.m., when members of the department’s Gun Intelligence Unit were conducting patrol operations in the area of West 29th and North Washington Streets. Officers observed a male subject behaving suspiciously as he entered a vehicle.

Police conducted a vehicle stop in the 3400 block of North Tatnall Street for an alleged traffic violation. During the stop, officers made contact with the individual, identified as 19-year-old Ryshine Holloman. He was taken into custody without incident.
