New Castle County Police have arrested a Bear man in connection with a series of overnight thefts from vehicles in a Glasgow-area townhome community.

The investigation began on April 28, 2026, when officers with the New Castle County Division of Police responded to Lockhaven Court in the Glasgow Pines Townhomes community for reports of thefts from motor vehicles. Detectives determined that at least five vehicles had been unlawfully entered during overnight hours, with personal property reported stolen.

Through evidence collection and follow-up investigation, officers identified 23-year-old Salih Frink of Bear as the suspect.
