WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington police arrested a city man Tuesday after an investigation into alleged drug activity on Lancaster Avenue led to the seizure of a handgun, marijuana, and MDMA, according to authorities.
Members of the Wilmington Police Department Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division began investigating Cleveland Baldwin, 36, in April in connection with alleged illegal drug sales in the 1600 block of Lancaster Avenue, police said.
