A newly proposed residential development is expected to bring more than 3,500 daily vehicle trips near a small town in southern Brunswick County.
Sitting on the outskirts of Shallotte is the proposed Gray Bridge Planned Development, a residential project that plans to place hundreds of homes on less than 100 acres of land.
