SURF CITY, N.C. — The Town of Surf City is inviting the public to celebrate the opening of its new Public Utilities Building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony next week.
The ceremony will take place on Thursday, July 30, at 10 a.m. at the new facility, located at 1220 Highway 210 East in Hampstead.
