WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Wilmington police said officers were responding around midnight Friday to a serious traffic accident in the 2100 block of Carolina Beach Road near Legion Stadium.
Traffic was shut down in all directions, and police asked drivers to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
