WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) -A warm, humid stretch will continue across southeastern North Carolina this weekend, with afternoon temperatures hovering around 90 degrees and overnight lows staying in the 70s. Breezy conditions will add to the late summer feel.
The forecast also features daily opportunities for rain. Friday, Saturday and Sunday each carry a 40% to 50% chance for pop-up showers and thunderstorms.
