WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Good Shepherd Center will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new supportive housing community.
The community known as SECU The Sparrow is situated on Carolina Beach Road. It offers 32 apartments for individuals who are chronically homeless and live with significant disabilities.
