Center Point, a mixed-use development under construction near the intersection of Eastwood and Military Cutoff roads, announced its first commercial tenants Tuesday.
Totaling more than 13,000 square feet, the new leases include eatery Burton’s Grill & Bar, locally-owned business Nest Interiors & Blended Shoes + Apparel, men’s clothing store Thompson’s of Wilmington and bagel chain Jeff’s Bagel Run, according to a news release.
The leases are part of Center Point’s first phase, which includes more than 33,000 square feet of retail space designed to accommodate restaurant and boutique retail users.
