An East Taunton gas station and its trustees were sued by the Massachusetts Attorney General after the gasoline company and system did not report a leak of over 31,000 gallons of gasoline, that lasted for five months.
Amaro’s Market, Inc and its trustees, Two Brother’s Realty Trust, identified together in the suit as “Amaro,” and Plymouth petroleum gasoline system operator Dependable Service Company, Inc., were named in the complaint filed by the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office on Tuesday.
