WORCESTER — On a late-spring afternoon at Worcester Regional Airport, Andy Davis led about two dozen middle-school students out of the terminal and onto the tarmac. There, they saw two planes approach, land and taxi toward the terminal. The group walked over, and soon peppered Davis and other airport personnel with questions about how airplanes operate and are maintained.
And perhaps, get answers to an even bigger question — is a career in aviation right for me?
For Davis, the airport’s director, and others involved in the Worcester Aviation Career Exploration program, they hope the answer is yes…
