As Anna Maria College tries to sell its campus in Paxton, a family that lives next to the college claims they were promised a piece of the land.
A lawsuit filed in June 2025 by David Roy Sr., his wife Elaina Roy and their son David Roy Jr. accuses the college of backing out on a promise to give the family a specific parcel of the college’s land.
