NORTHBOROUGH — A man was arrested on several charges after allegedly exposing himself to a female shopper at the Northborough Kohl’s, located at 7102 Shops Way.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:28 p.m. on July 21, according to court documents. The alleged exposure happened in the shoe department and caused “extreme alarm” to the victim, who stopped shopping and ran to find a Kohl’s employee, the documents state.
The Northborough Police Department arrested Marcus Payne, and discovered he was a Level 3 sex offender from Oregon who had been staying in town. Police state Payne had not registered as a sex offender in Massachusetts…
