One of the many Worcester properties previously owned by a developer accused of forgery is being demolished, paving the way for 90 new apartments.
The property, located at 119 Chandler St., is a hot pink building that sits on the site of a former car dealership. Part of the building’s roof has been torn down and debris can be seen lying on the pavement.
