BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Employees with the MSPCA-Angell are asking for cat-lovers for some help following a sudden influx of potential adoptees.
Staff said the first batch of 35 cats arrived on Sept. 3 as part of a voluntary surrender from a Worcester home. Ten other cats were also taken in from the Worcester Animal Rescue League, a coalition partner with the MSPCA.
A few weeks later on Sept. 18, 28 more cats were surrendered from a home in Berkshire County, with coalition partner Berkshire Humane Society taking in another 25 felines from the same property…
