Four new businesses are scheduled to open at The Shops at Blackstone Valley in Millbury next year, WS Development, the mall’s owners, have announced.
The four stores are Caffe Nero, Topcoat Nail Bar & Spa, Lovesac and First Watch, they said Wednesday.
