SOUTHBOROUGH — At Southborough’s Annual Town Meeting, over 150 residents debated 34 warrant articles. Along the way, voters approved the largest borrowing in the town’s history.
A total of $22,255,000 was approved to implement a Pavement Management Program, with an additional $2.7 million to construct four sidewalks. Select Board member Al Hamilton said this was the “largest borrowing in the town’s history.”
